3. Placing an Order

4. Photo Requirements

The final quality of the portrait depends largely on the quality of the uploaded image.

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Clearly visible faces
• Proper lighting
• Accurate customization requests

Paint and Frame is not responsible for poor portrait quality resulting from low-quality source images.

5. Artwork Creation

Every portrait is handcrafted digitally by our artists.

Because each order is unique:

• Colors may appear slightly different on different screens.
• Printed products may vary slightly from digital previews.

Minor artistic differences do not constitute defects.

6. Revision Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We provide reasonable revisions based on the selected package.

Requests for completely new poses, different photographs, or entirely new artwork after work has begun may require an additional purchase.

7. Delivery

Digital portraits are delivered electronically via email or download link.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• Events outside our reasonable control

8. Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website. Prices may change without prior notice.

However, once your payment has been successfully processed, your order price will not change. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Orders begin processing only after payment has been successfully received. Paint and Frame does not store complete payment card information.

Customers May Not:

11. Promotional Use

Unless you specifically request otherwise before delivery, Paint and Frame may display completed artwork on:

• Marketing materials
• Advertisements
• Portfolio showcases

We will avoid displaying sensitive personal information alongside your artwork.

Customers who prefer complete privacy may request that their artwork not be used for promotional purposes before the order is completed.

12. User Conduct

• Upload illegal material
• Submit copyrighted images without permission
• Upload hateful or explicit content
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the website
• Use automated tools to misuse our services

Violation of these rules may result in order cancellation or suspension of access.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before artwork production begins.

Once an artist has started working on a custom portrait, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is personalized. Please review our Refund Policy for additional details.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paint and Frame shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Emotional distress
• Delayed delivery caused by third parties
