Shipping Policy

1. Digital Portrait Delivery

Since our primary products are custom digital portraits, no physical shipping is required unless a printed or framed product has been purchased.

Once your portrait has been completed and approved, it will be delivered directly to the email address provided during checkout.

Standard Delivery Time

• Artwork creation typically takes 24 to 48 Hours, depending on the complexity of your order.
• During holidays, promotional periods, or high order volumes, production may require additional time.
• You will receive an email notification as soon as your portrait is ready.

2. Digital File Format

Your completed artwork may be delivered in one or more of the following high-resolution formats:

• PNG
• JPG/JPEG
• PDF (upon request)

Files are optimized for both digital sharing and high-quality printing.

3. Physical Prints & Framed Portraits

If you purchase a printed portrait or framed artwork, shipping timelines are as follows:

Production Time

• Printing and quality inspection: 24 Hours

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery depends on your location:

• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local logistics.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs for printed or framed products are calculated during checkout based on:

• Delivery location
• Product size
• Frame selection
• Shipping method

Digital portrait deliveries are completely free, with no shipping charges.

5. Order Tracking

For physical orders, a tracking number will be emailed once your package has been dispatched.

Digital portrait orders do not require tracking, as they are delivered electronically.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Paint and Frame is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete customer information.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your information before your order is processed.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your printed or framed order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 Hours of the expected delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged package (if applicable)
• Photos of the damaged product
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Paint and Frame cannot guarantee delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Courier delays
• Customs inspections
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Public holidays
• Supply chain disruptions

We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

9. International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated during checkout.

10. Digital Delivery Issues

If you have not received your digital portrait within the estimated timeframe:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Verify that your email address was entered correctly.
• Contact our support team with your order number.

We will promptly resend your artwork if necessary.
