Paint & Frame delivers globally. We have a dedicated service in USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Latvia and Spain.
📦 Orders & Shipping
5. When will I receive my order?
Paint & Frame have a dedicated logistic team to make sure that you receive the order within timeframe. After you approve the order and complete the payment we will fulfil the order digitally within 24 to 48 hours and will be despatched for shipping.
6. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes we do provide express shipping to limited cities. You can check it by adding your zip code.
7. How do I track my order?
You can track your order from the time you place your order. We have a provision to track the order internally and logistically. At the time of your order you can start tracking the progress of your work in our website till the time you get it digitally. Then after dispatch we add tracking number from our delivery partner where you can track it till the time it reaches your home.
8. Can I pick up the order directly from any nearby warehouse?
Currently we are not offering any local pickups. We directly deliver to your given shipping address.
9. Is there any option to gift wrap my order?
We do understand your feelings to make your loved ones happy, we do have a perfect option to gift wrap your order.
10. My order is delayed. What to do next?
We understand how difficult it is when the order gets delayed. We have a dedicated logistic panel where we make sure everything should be transparent from the time you place your order till you receive it safely at your address. Also you can directly track your order in our "TRACK MY ORDER" page or you can mail us at support@paintandframe.com.
🎨 Artwork & Proofs
11. Can I see proof of my order before making payment?
Yes, we will send you a preview within 24 to 48 Hours. Here you can option to make unlimited revisions until you get 100% happy. You can get a digital copy before we get it into a frame or collecting your copy.
12. When can I receive the proof of my shipment?
You can get your order within 24 to 48 Hours after you approve the digital proof.
13. What all are the steps to approve the proof?
We will send you the proof of your portrait digitally after your approval and revisions. You can approve the proof following these steps:

It's on your email: We will send you an email attaching your proof to view it.

Analysing your proof: Open the attachment of your email, review your proof and check if any revisions have to be done or not. Be satisfied before going forward.

Finalize your order: Once you are satisfied you can send us an approval. After approval we will start printing, framing and shipping your order.
14. Do I have a chance to make changes after my approval?
We will send you a chance to make revisions before the approval of your order. But we cannot guarantee you because after your approval it's automatically sent to our printing and shipping team. So please take your time to get it revised before final approval.
15. Do I get the same portrait as I approved?
Absolutely YES! We do make sure that the final artwork we despatch meets your requirements.
📸 Photos & Customization
16. Do I get an option to combine multiple photos?
Of course you have the option to combine multiple photos. For that you have to simply upload the photos you need.
17. Can I add multiple photos of my family members to my house portrait?
Yes! You have an option to add multiple photos. Also make sure you add one photo of each person in your family you like to add to your portrait. You can also share a note to our artist while uploading the photos.
18. Do I have an option to add my pet to my portrait?
Yes you can add pet to your portrait. For that please upload at least one photo of your pet to add it to your portrait.
💳 Payments & Refunds
19. What are the payment option do we have?
We do have multiple options for a hassle-free payment. We have our payment partners with an option of American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.
20. How can I use my discount code?
We do provide a very good discount to our valuable customers. We will send you a discount code after each purchase. You can claim it on your next order.
21. How do I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the proof?
You always have an option to review and make corrections till you get satisfied. Also you have the option not to pay upfront till you approve the payment.
22. Can I cancel the payment after the order is placed?
Yes you can cancel the order anytime if you are not satisfied and you can claim your refund. But please make sure that you cancel before you approve for the production as we won't be able to cancel if it goes till production.
23. Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes we always believe in customer's satisfaction and trust. We are very well confident that you love the portrait from Paints & Frames. That's why we have 100% money back policy. If you are not satisfied with the artwork you can go for unlimited revisions with us. Even though if you are not satisfied with the proof you can claim your refund with no questions asked.
24. What happens if I have a missing part of my order?
You missed something with your order!! You can track your order from the time you place your order. If anything happens wrong you can always mail us at support@paintandframe.com. Then we will assign a team to get things fixed.
25. What if I get a damaged order?
We always make sure that you get your order on time and with no damage. In case if you receive damaged products in transit please reach out at our support email support@paintandframe.com within 48 hours so that we can fix things as soon as possible. Please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to us so that we will be able to know what went wrong and do the needful within no time.
